We have a 30 calendar day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. Returns within 30 days but without the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit at the current selling price less a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, you must present your original purchase receipt and your product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with its original label, original undamaged seal, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return and shipping costs. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 15912 Robert S. Crain Hwy Ste B, Brandywine, MD 20613. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of product destination is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 14 days (fourteen) at support@fdpremium.com if the received product is damaged or you received the wrong product so that we can assess and correct the problem. We will request photographs of delivered products deemed damaged or the wrong product. Please contact us at support@fdpremium.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding damages and shipping problems.
For non food exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you receive your product in exchange for the delivered product is to return the product you received. Product exchanges must be initiated within 10 (ten) business days of receipt by contacting us at support@fdpremium.com. Once the returned product is accepted and received, make a separate purchase for the new product. Customers are responsible for return and shipping costs. European Union 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 (fourteen) days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with applicable tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you to let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the cost of the product via your original payment method within 10 (ten) business days. Customers are responsible for return and shipping costs. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and submit the refund. If it has been more than 15 (fifteen) business days since we have approved your refund, please contact us at support@fdpremium.com.
Our orders usually ship within three (3) business days. Please keep in mind that the “shipping speed” you select in the delivery method relates to “days in transit” and not total days to delivery. Therefore a 2-3 business days shipment could take up to 7 business days (3 before shipping and 4 for delivery). Also, for orders placed on Friday through Sunday, Monday is the first business day. Depending on the products purchased and the delivery destination, we may use one or a combination of several methods to ship your order.
